Netflix has revealed a new premiere date for the second part of their Selena Quintanilla series starring Christian Serratos. Previously scheduled for May 14, it has now moved up a week to May 4.

Part one of the series followed Selena through life with her family, and how they must face heart-wrenching and difficult life-changing choices as they navigate the music industry. But in the second part, the series will explore Selena’s stardom and how that affects her decisions when it comes to her personal life.

Alongside Serratos, Selena: The Series also stars Gabriel Chavarria (East Los High) as Selena’s older brother A.B. Quintanilla, Noemi Gonzalez (The Young and the Restless) as Selena’s sister Suzette Quintanilla, Ricardo Chavira (Desperate Housewives) as Selena’s father Abraham Quintanilla, Seidy Lopez (Training Day) as Selena’s mother Marcella Quintanilla, and Natasha Perez as Yolanda Saldívar, the fan club president who was convicted of murdering Selena.
