Blessed Be the Fruit — ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ Renewed for Season 5!

Today during Disney Investor Day 2020, some exciting news was revealed about one of the most exciting drama shows on television right now.

Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale, which released its third season in 2019, has officially been renewed for a fifth season! Season 4 is currently in production in Canada and is due to arrive sometime in 2021. The cast shared a special joint video message on social media to celebrate the news.

The Handmaid’s Tale, which is based on the novel by Margaret Atwood, is set in a dystopian future in a totalitarian version of what was once the United States. In Gilead, women are treated as property of the state. The Handmaid’s Tale stars Elisabeth Moss, Yvonne Strahovski, Joseph Fiennes, and more.
