In 2016, an incredible film joined the Star Wars universe — Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
Rogue One took place immediately before the events of Star Wars: A New Hope, following the story of the daughter of an Imperial scientist who joins the Rebel Alliance in a risky move to steal the plans for the Death Star. Starring Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Alan Tudyk, and more, Rogue One was an instant hit among Star Wars fans.
Now, those that took a liking to Luna’s Cassian Andor can look forward to the upcoming Disney+ series entitled Andor. Andor will serve as a prequel series to Rogue One, and it will be a spy thriller that focuses on the adventures of Cassian during the formative years of the Rebellion. In addition to Luna, the cast of the series also includes Stellan Skarsgård, Adria Arjona, Fiona Shaw, Denise Gough, Kyle Soller, and Genevieve O’Reilly as Mon Mothma.
Today, during the Disney Investor Day 2020 presentation, a special look at Andor was revealed. Check it out below!
