A new graphic novel is coming for all you Avatar: The Last Airbender fans! Dark Horse Comics will continue its graphic novels line based on the beloved animated series with a Suki-centered story titled Suki Alone.

Suki is a fan-favorite from the series, who leads the Kyoski Warriors from the Earth Kingdom’s Kyoski Island. She is, in our opinion, one of the best warriors in the show.

According to The Hollywood ReporterAvatar: The Last Airbender — Suki Alone tells the story of when Suki was separated from the other Kyoshi Warriors as well as the rest of Team Avatar… or more commonly known as The Gaang, and gets captured by the Fire Nation. She is then taken to Boiling Rock, a high-security prison in the middle of a volcano.

Suki Alone is written by Faith Erin Hicks, with input from Tim Hedrick — who worked on the show. The art is done by Peter Wartman, with colors from Adele Matera and letters by ComiCraft.

Avatar: The Last Airbender — Suki Alone will be released on June 22, 2021.
