Two of Canada’s biggest singers are finally getting together to collaborate on a new song. Justin Bieber and Shawn Mendes surprised fans on Monday by announcing their new single, “Monster,” will be dropping this Friday.

Over the years, the two singers have shown support to each other on social media and have hinted at hopes of doing a collaboration together. “Monster” will be the follow-up to Mendes’ “Wonder,” which is the first single from his newest album of the same name out next month. Meanwhile, Bieber has also been busy with new music, releasing “Holy” with Chance the Rapper and “Lonely” with benny blanco, performing on Saturday Night Live and E!’s People’s Choice Awards over the last couple of months.
Bieber and Mendes’ new single, “Monster,” releases this Friday, November 20. Fans can pre-save/pre-add now to rearrange the pieces and unlock the single’s cover art. Mendes’ new album, Wonder, drops on December 4.
