Following up on the recent release of studio album Ohms in September, Deftones is now on its way to revealing its next venture.  For the upcoming 20th anniversary of the band’s iconic album, White Pony, Deftones has revealed that they are coming out with another album titled Black Stallion on December 11.  Each song on the album will be a remix of the original featured on White Pony.  The band has reached out to multiple artists to help them remix the original tracks, including DJ Shadow, Phantogram, Robert Smith of the Cure, Purity Ring, and more.

The most recent release is a reimagining of “Passenger,” remixed by Mike Shinoda. A talented artist and producer, Shinoda is most well-known for his work as a founding member of Linkin Park, as well as his independent project, Fort Minor, and, more recently, his solo album titled Post Traumatic.  Mike Shinoda’s remix of this classic Deftones’ song leaves fans waiting in anticipation for the rest of the album! Make sure to check out the premiere video of the song below.
