Following the reveal of the incredible covers for the magazine’s upcoming Dune issue, Empire has now shared a selection of exclusive images from the film that will be featured in the issue.

This latest film adaption of Frank Herbert’s 1965 science fiction novel looks incredibly promising thus far, directed by Blade Runner 2049‘s Denis Villeneuve. Dune follows young royal Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) as he struggles with his hostile new home when his family departs their native planet to oversee a spice mining operation on the deadly Arrakis. His parents are Duke Leto (Oscar Isaac) and Lady Jessica (Rebecca Ferguson).
