HBO Max has released the full-length promo for Selena Gomez’s new unscripted culinary series, Selena + Chef. The series, which will consist of 10 episodes, will drop on August 13. In each episode, Gomez will embrace “the joys and struggles of learning to cook with the guidance of master chefs” remotely. Some of her family and friends will also make appearances as official tasters.

World-renowned chefs joining Gomez include Angelo Sosa, Antonia Lofaso, Candice Kumai, Daniel Holzman, Jon & Vinny, Ludo Lefebvre, Nancy Silverton, Nyesha Arrington, Roy Choi, and Tanya Holland. Each episode will also highlight a different food-related charity.
“Having some of the best chefs open up their kitchens to me was a humbling and fun experience. I definitely discovered I have a lot more to learn,” Gomez said of her experience working on the series. “I’m also really happy that we were able to highlight and raise money for some incredible charitable organizations.”
