Welcome back to our annual R2M Birthday Project for Rob Benedict, Richard Speight, Jr., and Matt Cohen!
These three, who fans like to collectively call “R2M”, are some of our staff’s favorites and have been nothing but supportive of our site and our staff, so we thought we’d give a little of what we could back.
The three of them share birthdays all within the same month, so we decided to come together to launch the R2M Birthday Project! Rich’s birthday is September 4, Rob’s birthday is September 21, and Matt’s birthday is September 28.
We did the second R2M Birthday Project last year, and raised a total of over $2,550 for the American Stroke Association, Feeding America, and Random Acts.
How to Get Involved
Want to get involved in the project? Here’s how. We’re asking you to donate directly to the charity for the person you’re donating for, to celebrate their birthday.
For Rob, that will be the American Stroke Association. CLICK HERE TO DONATE!
For Rich, that will be Meals On Wheels. CLICK HERE TO DONATE!
For Matt, that will be Random Acts. CLICK HERE TO DONATE!
Step 1. Screenshot your confirmation that you donated, and your donation amount (so that we can add it to our donation meter total!) Please crop or blur out your personal info (but leave your first name!)
Step 2. Send your screenshot to email@example.com (Did we mention you need to crop out sensitive personal info? You do.)
Once you’ve done those two things, you’re entered (any donation amount counts!) We’ll add your name to the list of Donors at the end of this post and we’ll add your donation to the running total for the charity! **You MUST email us the screenshot in order to be included in the total, the list of donors!**
This campaign will run until September 1.
The goal is to raise $250 for each of the three charities.
We’ll be giving away some fun things like (prints, stickers, one-of-a-kind items, DVDs, etc.), too.
The drawings will be done at the end of the campaign, on September 2nd, by a random name generator. *The prizes are eligible for US donors only. Void where prohibited by law.*
