San Diego Comic-Con at Home Will Be July 22-26… and Did We Mention Free?
ATTENTION ALL NERDS.
COVID-19 has taken so many special experiences away from people this year as we have fought to stay safe as a global community. In lieu of large gatherings, many conventions, concerts, and other events have been moved onto a virtual platform, and SDCC 2020 is no different. However, there may be one silver lining to this virtual venue: it’s just been announced that access to San Diego Comic-Con at Home will be completely free!
BREAKING: San Diego #ComicCon at Home will be held on the same dates as the previously canceled Comic-Con, July 22-26 and be FREE.

Held on the same dates as the original convention was scheduled to debut (July 22-26), SDCC at Home will feature panels and presentations on a variety of topics including but not limited to comics, gaming, TV, film, and publishing. There will also reportedly be a masquerade, gaming, and an online exhibit hall amongst other interactive activities for viewers to participate in.
While nothing can live up to the live experience of SDCC, the organizers are doing their darn best to make Comic-Con at Home an enjoyable experience for everyone, and I, for one, cannot wait to see what surprises lay in store.
