Starting today, June 10, Universal CityWalk began its first phase of reopening and welcoming their guests back to enjoy the iconic destination as it resumes operations with enhanced health and safety measures. CityWalk will be open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will offer complimentary self-parking.
Some of the dining and retail venues that will be open to guests include Voodoo Doughnut, Johnny Rockets, Blaze Pizza, Starbucks, Crepe Café, Skechers, Guess Accessories, and more.
Universal CityWalk has and will continue to work closely with local health officials and experts while monitoring conditions and making adjustments where needed. Below are specific health and safety measures that CityWalk will adhere to.
- Temperature checks for all Guests upon arrival. Guests will not be permitted to enter if there is a temperature of 100.4 F.
- Face masks are required for all guests throughout their visit. They will also be available to purchase.
- Limited occupancy at all venues to help enforce social distancing.
- Rigorous cleaning and disinfecting at all high touchpoints, including chairs and tables.
