Last week, it was announced that more content from Disney+’s hit live-action Star Wars series The Mandalorian is coming soon. It’s not quite season 2 just yet, but rather an official behind-the-scenes look at the making of the first season.
The eight-episode docuseries, Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian, is set begin streaming on Disney+ on Star Wars Day, May the Fourth.
With just under a week and a half to go, Lucasfilm has released a poster and an official trailer.
The trailer gives a peek at some of what we can expect from the series, which will include round table interviews with executive producer Jon Favreau and various members of the cast and crew that made the magic happen. Viewers will also get to see the incredible video wall technology that helped bring the set to a galaxy far, far away, the adorable puppet that made The Child possible, and more.
The Mandalorian is the product of many talented and dedicated people who know and love Star Wars coming together to carry on the legacy with a brand new story, and Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian will explore the work and efforts that were put in to make it a success.
