Critical Role has teamed up with Penguin Random House and will be releasing The World of Critical Role, a brand new, nonfiction book on September 15!

Critical Role is one of the most watched tabletop role-playing livestreams on Twitch, regularly reaching 40 000+ viewers every Thursday night. Currently on their second campaign, following the adventures of The Mighty Nein, their success seems like something out of a fairy tale.

The book will contain never-before-seen illustrations, a glimpse behind the scenes and character insights from the entire cast. The book will span all the way from the start of a Dungeons and Dragons home game between a group of friends – who also happen to be voice actors – all the way through the beginning of the live stream, to where Critical Role is today.

If you are a US resident above the age of 18, you also have your chance to get your name put down in Critical Role history! Just pre-order your book here, and then send in your receipt here before March 12 to get your name printed in The World of Critical Role.

Despite having been a fangirl for as long as she can remember, it wasn’t until Emelie left the security of her hometown in the north of Sweden for the hustle and bustle of Gothenburg, that she found her tribe and really immersed herself in fandom. She currently works as second line field engineer tech support, and shares her home with cats Loki and Stiles. In her free time you can find her either playing Dungeons & Dragons 5e, or on Twitter (@killingnormalcy) yelling about Critical Role, Marvel, Twenty One Pilots, and Overwatch.
