Do you and your friends want to experience Wildemount just like The Mighty Nein do on Critical Role? Well, you won’t have to wait too long to do so!

Matthew Mercer, Chief Creative Officer and Dungeon Master on Critical Role and creator of the world of Exandria, has penned a new campaign book together with a team of designers from Wizards of the Coast. Explorer’s Guide to Wildemount is 304 pages long, complete with four starting adventures, three new subclasses, new spells and whole bunch of new creatures to encounter. There will even be an introduction to a new form of magic – Dunamancy!

“Dungeons & Dragons has had such a massive, positive impact on nearly my entire life, and I am ever inspired by the endless creativity I see it spark in so many others across the world. To have been able to work with Wizards of the Coast to bring my world to life as an official campaign book is nothing short of surreal. I can’t wait to see what other DMs and players create within my world to make it their own!” Said Matthew Mercer about the project.

The campaign guide centers on the conflict between the Dwendalian Empire and the Kryn Dynasty, so there will also be a guide included to help you figure out what impact this will have on your party. For fans of the show, the guide will be a great guide to Wildemount, with a huge amount of lore that has previously only been touched upon here and there.

Explorer’s Guide to Wildemount is available for pre-order right now, and will be released on March 17!

In her free time you can find her either playing Dungeons & Dragons 5e, or on Twitter (@killingnormalcy) yelling about Critical Role, Marvel, Twenty One Pilots, and Overwatch.
