Zoinks! First Trailer for ‘Scoob!’ Released

Scooby-Doo and the gang are back in business.

The first trailer for Scoob! has finally been released. Scoob! is an upcoming American 3D computer-animated adventure comedy film featuring characters from the Scooby-Doo franchise, animated by Reel FX for Warner Animation Group. After talks about the story going all the way back to 2014, fans of the Mystery Gang are finally getting a new movie adventure.

The trailer reveals glimpses of how Shaggy and Scooby first meet and become long-lasting friends. Fans will also get to see the two meeting and joining young detectives Fred, Velma, and Daphne. The film will take everyone through a journey like never before.

The 3D CGI animation film has a star-studded voice cast including Zac Efron (Fred), Amanda Seyfried (Daphne), Gina Rodriguez (Velma), and Will Forte (Shaggy). Frank Welker, who is the original voice actor for the loveable pup, will be reprising his role as Scooby for this film.

Tony Cervone (best known for Space Jam and Duck Dodgers) is directing, from a screenplay by Kelly Fremon Craig and a story by Matt Lieberman. The film is set to be released on May 15, 2020.
