Get your spoons ready, Misha and Vicki Collins’ long-awaited cookbook, The Adventurous Eaters Club, is out today!

Take the first step into a better diet and a more adventurous palate with the Collins’ easy and fun recipes utilizing whole food ingredients that won’t break the bank. The family shares their experiences with their children’s diets, how they got them to appreciate and enjoy good, healthy foods, and then their research-backed advice on getting your own family on the same path.

Along with aiding your own family in the journey to better foods, the Collins’ are helping others as well — 100% of author profits from sales of the book will be donated to various charities dedicated to getting healthy foods into the hands of people who need it, including The Edible Schoolyard Project. The Edible Schoolyard Project is dedicated to transforming the health of children and the planet by designing hands-on experiences in the garden, kitchen, and cafeteria that connect children to food, nature, and to each other.
