Trailer for ‘The Crown’ Season Three Released

Netflix released a new trailer for the third season of the historical series, The Crown. The show based on the life and reign of Queen Elizabeth II. The first two seasons starred Claire Foy and Matt Smith in the roles of the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh. As the show jumps in time for the next season, Olivia Colman and Tobias Menzies take on both parts.

They are joined in season three by Helena Bonham Carter as Princess Margaret, Josh O’Connor, as Prince Charles and Emerald Fenner as Camilla Shand.


The third season is set in the seventies and will feature Princess Margaret’s divorce, the Queen’s Silver Jubilee, the start of the romance between Prince Charles and Camilla, strikes and more. The trailer shows tension and unrest for the Windsor family and the country.
