Last week, we reported that Michael Rosenbaum would be launching a special Supernatural week this week on his podcast, Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum.
Now, we’ve exclusively learned who his guests will be. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, October 1, there will be four episodes — one on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
On Tuesday, Rosenbaum will welcome Mark Sheppard, who played Crowley on the long-running show.
Mark stops by and shares on and off-set memories he’s made with the cast of Supernatural, how he reluctantly got roped into a recurring role as Crowley, and what it was like for his character’s departure from the series after eight seasons. Mark gets deep this week and opens up about his experiences throughout his previous three marriages, his former struggles with substances to cope with ongoing anxiety, and some special memories made in the industry with his late father, the voice actor legend William Morgan Sheppard.
On Wednesday, October 2, Misha Collins, who plays Castiel, will appear on the podcast.
Misha joins us as the second guest during Supernatural Week to talk about the hilarious memories from his 10+ years working on the show. He predicts how emotional the last few days with this ‘family’ on set will be and shares his take on how unique the show is for keeping plot and concepts fresh even after 15 seasons. Misha gets deep and opens up about the adversity he faced growing up poor and homeless, his experiences as a child adapting around his mother’s agendas put onto him, and how his desire for philanthropy has led him deeper into politics.
On Thursday, October 3, Jared Padalecki, who plays Sam Winchester, will sit down with Rosenbaum.
Jared Padalecki…one half of the Supernatural duo joins us today to talk about the hit series and how much it has meant to his life, finding his wife of nine years and best friends Jensen and Misha on set, while sharing how the show coming to an end was a mutual group agreement between the show’s notables. Jared opens up about growing up in Texas where aspirations for acting were looked down upon, having a love of unpacking things through debate and taking the role of devil’s advocate, and his take on realizing self worth detached from the opinions of others.
Jensen Ackles, who plays Dean Winchester, will close out Supernatural week with his episode releasing on Friday, October 4.
Last, but certainly not least, Jensen Ackles joins the show to round out our Supernatural Week! Jensen talks about Supernatural coming to an end after fifteen seasons and how he’s glad for the show’s sake that they’re going out strong on their own terms. He also talks about what it was like for everyone to come to an agreement that it was the right time to end things for the integrity of the show, it’s cast, and crew. Jensen opens up about what it was like to pursue acting growing up as an athlete in a sports dominated area like Texas, stories from his time on-set with Rosey appearing in Smallville, and his directorial experience so far in comparison to his career acting.
