Matt Cohen Interviews Kim Cattrall and Tate Taylor for Entertainment Tonight
Matt Cohen (Supernatural, Mama Bear) interviewed actress Kim Cattrall and Executive Producer Tate Taylor about the new Fox show Filthy Rich on Wednesday at the Fox Summer 2019 TCA Press tour. You can watch Matt’s interview here.
Cohen asked Cattrall about why fans are still asking about a new Sex and the City movie but also about her new show Filthy Rich.
Cattrall plays Margaret Monreaux, host and co-founder of her own Christian network, the Sunshine Network. The series also stars Gerald McRaney (This Is Us), Aubrey Dollar (Women’s Murder Club), Corey Cotton (The Good Fight), Benjamin Levy Aguilar (Cultural Clash), Mark L. Young (The Comeback) and Melia Kreiling (Salvation).
Filthy Rich is a southern Gothic family drama in which wealth, power and religion collide – with outrageously soapy results. When the patriarch (Emmy Award winner Gerald McRaney, This Is Us, 24: Legacy) of a mega-rich Southern family, famed for creating a wildly successful Christian television network, dies in a plane crash, his wife (Emmy Award and Golden Globe nominee Kim Cattrall, Sex and the City) and family are stunned to learn that he fathered three illegitimate children, all of whom are written into his will, threatening their family name and fortune. With monumental twists and turns, Filthy Rich presents a world in which everyone has an ulterior motive – and no one is going down without a fight. -FOX
