ICON Park’s Newest Restaurant Mikado Now Open For Business

Mikado Restaurant has opened at ICON Park in Orlando, and sushi and hot pot are on the menu.

The centerpiece of Mikado is the advanced revolving concept. Guests will be able to select the roll or hot pot addition that catches their eye, as dishes glide by their table on a conveyor belt. In this interactive experience, the color of the plate determines the price.

ICON Park CEO Chris Jaskiewicz shared his excitement about the restaurant in a press release:

We are so excited to bring some Asian flair to ICON Park, especially with such a fun dining experience. With Mikado, we are now able to offer our guests even more variety, when it comes to choosing restaurants.

The ICON Park location is the only one of Mikado’s four restaurants to feature a conveyor belt system. However, high-quality ingredients and fair pricing are still very much a part of the Mikado experience.
