January Video Game Releases
The year 2018 saw some great games released and from the trailers that were released at this years The Game Awards, 2019 is going to be bigger than ever.
Regardless of the platform you use, Play Station 4 (PS4), Xbox One (XBO), Nintendo Switch (NS), Computer (PC) etc. there is a game for you to enjoy playing.
To keep track of all the new video games, here is a list of some anticipated video games released in January.
January 10
Aftercharge (PC, XBO, NS)
Aftercharge is an online completive game where invisible robots are fighting against those who created them. Players can choose to either take the side of the robots or the enforcers, both have their agendas and missions.
January 11
Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition (PC, PS4, XBO, NS)
In this role-playing game, follow former Imperial soldier, Yuri Lowell and the Brave Vesperia guild on a quest for justice. Players can choose characters that have their skills to battle as you complete your journey.
January 15
Onimusha: Warlords (PC, PS4, XBO, NS)
The player is in control of the samurai and swordsman Samanosuke Akechi and his Ninja partner Kaede as they battle demons. Along the way solving puzzles and defeating enemies to gain more weapons and magic.
The Walking Dead: The Final Season (PS4, XBO, PC)
Based on Robert Kirkman’s comic book series, this episodic adventure game has players portraying Clementine as she tries to survive the zombie apocalypse. Players can initiate conversations with non-player characters, looks at items, react quickly to escape walkers and more. Remember, every choice will affect her story.
January 17
Hell Warders (PC, PS4, XBO)
Players can choose from three heroes who have their weapons, skills, and abilities to create defences and fight off monsters from Hell.
January 18
Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown (PS4, XBO, PC)
The game is set in 2019 when the Osean Federation and the Kingdom of Erusea are fighting against each other in the Second Usean Continental War. In this combat flight simulated game players, under the call name ‘Trigger’ fight drones.
January 22
At Sundown (PS4, XBO, PC, NS)
Being stealthy, players fight in arenas with twists and turns. Using the wide variety of weapons players try to evade their opponents including the light.
January 25
Resident Evil 2 Remake (PS4, XBO, PC)
Following rookie cop, Leon Kennedy and college student Claire Redfield players try to survive a zombie apocalypse. The remake features over the shoulder third person shooter views instead of the initially fixed camera angles.
