“Wet Hot American Summer – Ten Years Later” Coming to Netflix in 2017!
Last year, Netflix released Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp which was a prequel to the famous Wet Hot American Summer film. The mini-series followed the counselors and campers on their first day in the summer of 1981.
Now, Netflix is bringing back the show, in a sequel called Wet Hot American Summer – Ten Years Later! The series will include eight all-new 30-minute episodes about what their favorite campers and counselors are up to ten years after the original film.
It’s set to release in 2017.
The series will be written by Michael Showalter and David Wain and Wain will direct. Executive Producers for “Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later” are Michael Showalter, David Wain, Peter Principato, Jonathan Stern and Howard Bernstein.
