Spiral: From the Book of Saw, the spine-tingling ninth installment of the Saw franchise, finally lands in theaters this May, and to build anticipation, Lionsgate has released a new trailer for the movie!
The trailer provides a deeper look into the crimes Zeke and his team investigate, including how it plays into a sick game. It also gives a glimpse of how personally affected Zeke will become.
Spiral follows Detective Zeke Banks who sets out to investigate a series of gruesome murders that echo those from the city’s past, with the help of his partner William and esteemed police veteran Marcus. While they work the case, Zeke finds himself caught in the middle of the killer’s game. The movie stars Chris Rock, Max Minghella, Samuel L. Jackson, and Marisol Nichols, among others. It is directed by Darren Lynn Bousman from the screenplay by Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfinger.
