‘The Blacklist’ Gets Animated in This Season Finale Sneak Peek

Share:

It was recently revealed that the season 7 finale of The Blacklist would be a hybrid episode featuring both live action and animated scenes. Due to COVID-19, production had to be shut down when only half the episode was filmed. In order to finish out the episode, the cast recorded their audio at home while a studio animated the scenes into a graphic novel type episode.

In the animated sneak peek below, we see Reddington talking to the Kazanjian Brothers about how they tricked the Townsend Directive as well as Red into thinking that Katarina had died. He was impressed with their charade and suggests they take their show to the stage because “everyone loves a brother act.”

The Blacklist season 7 finale airs Friday, May 15th at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
