The CW Announces ‘Supernatural’ Season 14 Finale Air Date

0

We may only be a week away from the mid-season premiere of Supernatural, but the CW has announced the air date for many season finales, including Supernatural.

According to EW, the 14th season finale will air on Thursday, April 25th.

This season is shorter than most, with only 20 episodes instead of the typical 22/23, which explains why the finale is in April instead of May like Supernatural fans are used to seeing. Supernatural just began shooting again after their winter hiatus on Monday of this week, beginning filming of episode 301.

For information about the finales of other shows like Riverdale, Legacies, and Roswell, New Mexico, check out the article on EW here.

Rob Benedict and Richard Speight, Jr. Takeover Supernatural’s Instagram Tomorrow!

Rob Benedict and Richard Speight, Jr. will be taking over Supernatural‘s twitter tomorrow, in what they’re describing as, “a bit of day drinking as we take you on a our typical Friday “work” day and a tour of LA.”

Supernatural isn’t back until next week, and with Kings of Con finding a new home on CW Seed, we think it might just have something to do with that! Nothing has been announced about a second season, but with the series finding a new home things are sure looking up! You can stream all of Kings of Con for free at CWSeed.com

New Information on ‘Loki’ TV Series

As part of the new Disney+ streaming service releasing later this year, Marvel is giving the god of mischief himself a new series.

Rumors have been flying about the series since it was announced and the latest appears to be that Tom Hiddleston may not be returning as Loki, but instead narrating the series which will be based on the god’s adventures when he was younger.

Keep in mind, this is all rumor at this point as Disney is staying pretty quiet regarding the Marvel series coming to Disney plus, including the possible Scarlet Witch/Vision and Winter Soldier/Falcon series. Which makes sense because after the events of Avengers: Infinity War, these characters were either killed or turned to dust by Thanos.

Scarlet Witch and Vision Series Lands ‘Captain Marvel’ Writer

According to Hollywood Reporter, a new Disney+ Marvel series about Scarlet Witch and Vision now has a new writer and a showrunner.
Although,  there is still no confirmation if the series for the Disney-exclusive streaming service will be developed or which actors are going to star in it, information has been leaked that Jac Schaeffer- who also worked on the script for Captain Marvel and is supposed to work on the script for the Black Widow solo movie-will be working as a writer on the show.
Since Disney has already confirmed that Tom Hiddleston will be starring in a series about his famous Marvel character Loki, it is highly likely that Elisabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany will reprise their roles as Scarlet Witch and Vision respectively.
While there is no information about the show or its content, there is a long history of their relationship in the comics and also in the MCU that could be used as a basis for the plot. However, like many characters, the destiny of the couple in the MCU after the events of Infinity War (2018) is unknown.
We can expect Marvel to keep their usual secretive behavior concerning new projects, but we can also hope that there will be more to report than rumors about this and the other Disney+ series about two other popular characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
