- AEW World Trios Championship: The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn (c) vs. Dark Order
- Skye Blue vs. Julia Hart
- ROH Six-Man Championship: Mogul Embassy (c) vs. “Hangman” Adam Page and the Young Bucks

The Elite will challenge for the ROH Six-Man titles for the second time together, with the Young Bucks challenging for the third time in their careers. This comes as Page continues to feud with Swerve Strickland, who he will face in a singles match at AEW WrestleDream on October 1. The Acclaimed will also defend their trios titles against Dark Order who previously made it to the Trios final last September at All Out to crown the first Trios champions. Sammy Guevara (and Don Callis) will take the mic after turning on longtime mentor Chris Jericho this past Dynamite.
The special two hour episode of AEW Rampage: Grand Slam airs tonight at 10 p.m. ET on TNT.
