On next week’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW, WWE NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio will defend his title against NXT’s Dragon Lee.
The two previously faced off during the August 8 episode of WWE NXT where Mysterio retained his title. Since, they have faced off in mixed tag action with Lee teaming up with Lyra Valkyrie who previously feuded with The Judgement Day’s Rhea Ripley. Mysterio also acted as the special referee for Lee’s recent match against Mustafa Ali.
Mysterio has held the NXT North American Championship for 63 days and counting, first winning it on the July 18 episode of NXT from former champion Wes Lee. He has since defended it against Butch, Lee, Wes Lee and Ali in a triple threat, and one other occasion on Monday Night RAW against Sami Zayn.
