The Sarah J. Maas universe of fantasy novels continues to grow, and today, the author revealed the official cover artwork for the highly anticipated third entry in her Crescent City series — House of Flame and Shadow.
Readers in the US, Canada, and the UK can look forward to a number of exclusive editions of the book, each of which will contain different bonus chapters for certain characters.
The Crescent City novels follow half-Fae and half-human Bryce Quinlan, whose life is turned upside down when her closest friends are murdered by a demon. Enter notorious angel Hunt Athalar, with whom Bryce finds herself entangled with as the two work together to dig into the mysteries surrounding the investigation.
Maas is also known for her Throne of Glass and A Court of Thorns and Roses series, the latter of which is being adapted for television by Hulu.
House of Flame and Shadow will hit shelves on January 30, 2024.
