It’s time to welcome some new people to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger!

Paramount+ and Nickelodeon Studios have revealed eight new and three more returning cast members for their upcoming sequel to the 1997 favorite Good Burger.

Returning alongside leads Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell are Good Burger veterans Josh Server, Lori Beth Denberg and Carment Electra. However, the cast will be rounded out by newcomers Lil Rel Howery, Jillian Bell, Alex R. Hibbert, Kamaia Fairburn, Fabrizio Guido, Anabel Graetz and twins Elizabeth and Emily Hinkler, and additional celebrity cameo announcements have been promised in the near future.

Originating in 1994 as a sketch on the Nickelodeon comedy show All That, Good Burger introduced audiences to the multitude of customer issues encountered by cheerily oblivious, fast food cashier Ed (Mitchell). Mitchell was joined by All That costar Thompson when the sketch was adapted to film by Paramount Pictures, as did fellow cast members Denberg and Server.

As per the official description, this new film will see Dexter Reed down on his luck after another one of his inventions fails. Ed welcomes Dex back to Good Burger with open arms and gives him his old job back. With a new crew working at Good Burger, Dex devises a plan to get back on his feet but unfortunately puts the fate of Good Burger at risk once again.

Good Burger 2 is set to premiere on Paramount+ later this year. Stay tuned with Nerds & Beyond for updates.
