From A24, the company behind Everything Everywhere All At Once, Uncut Gems, Midsommer, and HBO’s Euphoria, comes a moving film titled Earth Mama.
Written and directed by Savanah Leaf, Earth Mama tells the moving story of a single mother named Gia, who is pregnant and has two children in the foster care system. Like many others, Gia goes up against the system fighting to reclaim her family. In her close-knit Bay Area community, she works to make a life for herself and her kids.
The film stars Tia Nomore, Erika Alexander, Keta Price, Doechii, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Bokeem Woodbine, and Dominic Fike. It comes to theaters on July 7, 2023.
