Fans have definitely raised the cry, and Lionsgate has finally heeded the call by releasing the official trailer for the upcoming prequel film in The Hunger Games series, The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes. Check out the official trailer below!
The film adaptation The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, based on the book of the same name by Suzanne Collins, explores the origin story of young Coriolanus Snow — who goes on to become President of Panem in the main trilogy. The film stars Tom Blyth as Coriolanus Snow, Rachel Zegler as Lucy Gray Baird, Peter Dinklage as Casca Highbottom, Hunter Schafer as Tigris, Viola Davis as Dr. Gaul, and more (see more of the ensemble cast here).
