Lionsgate has set a release date for the upcoming John Wick spin-off starring Ana de Armas, Ballerina.
Ballerina sees de Armas star as an “assassin trained in the traditions of the Ruska Roma,” per the film’s brief synopsis. The film also stars Anjelica Huston, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Gabriel Byrne, the late Lance Reddick, and Norman Reedus, with Ian McShane and Keanu Reeves also starring in the ensemble. Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, and Chad Stahelski are producing the film from Thunder Road Films / 87Eleven Entertainment.
Ballerina, from director Derek Kolstad, will debut in theaters on June 7, 2024.
