‘All American’: New Synopsis Released for Season 5, Episode 16 “My Name Is”

The CW has released the synopsis for episode 16 of All American season 5, “My Name Is.” Directed by Karimah Westbrook, the episode will see Spencer and Jordan trying to revive the GAU football program, as Olivia, Layla, and Patience try to escape from all of the stress in their lives. Meanwhile, JJ balances football, and the fraternity, and Coop finds herself in a win-lose situation.

The official synopsis for “My Name Is” reads:

“Second Chances – Hoping to revive the GAU football program, Spencer (Daniel Ezra) and Jordan (Michael Evans Behling) take a page from the Billy Baker playbook and revisit some former football stars as potential walk-ons … without Coach Kenny’s (Mustafa Speaks) blessing. Olivia (Samantha Logan), Layla (Greta Onieogou), and Patience (Chelsea Tavares) look for an escape from their current life stressors and ultimately rediscover themselves in the process. JJ (Hunter Clowdus) tries to straddle football and the fraternity, and Coop (Bre-Z) gets great news, but it may cost her something precious.”
