Legendary Director Sam Raimi Swings Into FAN EXPO Chicago This August

FAN EXPO Chicago has added another big guest to its growing list, and the latest addition is the legendary director of the Spider-Man trilogy, The Evil Dead franchise, and more, Sam Raimi.

Raimi, whose credits also include The Gift, A Simple Plan, Oz the Great and Powerful, and 2022’s Doctor Strange sequel, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, will appear on Saturday and Sunday. Fans can purchase photo ops and autographs for $75 each.

The director joins an already impressive lineup of guests that includes the cast of Back to the Future, Christina Ricci, Gabriel Luna, and The Mandalorian stars Giancarlo Esposito and Katee Sackhoff.

FAN EXPO Chicago is the ultimate go-to event for everything in sci-fi, horror, anime, comics, gaming, and more, spanning four days. The convention will take place Thursday, August 10 – Sunday, August 13 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
