The Machete is making his way to Dallas this year as Danny Trejo joins the guest list for FAN EXPO!
A Los Angeles native, Trejo had a rough upbringing that ultimately landed him in and out of jail for over a decade. However, with the help of a rehabilitation program, Trejo was able to get his life back on track and land his first film role as a convict extra in Runaway Train. From there, Trejo built a career based on the rough appearance that landed him that role, appearing in a multitude of films, usually as a criminal or the villain. Although millennials may be more inclined to remember him from his role in the hit film series Spy Kids.
Trejo is set to appear at FAN EXPO Dallas on Saturday and Sunday, with official photo ops available for $75 and photos at his table for $60, plus autographs for $60 as well.
FAN EXPO Dallas will land at the Kay Baily Hutchinson Convention Center in downtown Dallas on June 9-11, 2023. Trejo joins a whole slew of other fabulous guests already announced for 2023, including cast members from The Office, The Last of Us‘s Gabriel Luna, Daredevil star Charlie Cox, and Star Wars favorites like Rosario Dawson and Hayden Christensen.
