‘The Boys’ Are Coming to Toronto Comicon!

Prime Video

Toronto Comicon is almost here, and the guest list is officially looking pretty diabolical with today’s latest announcements. The cast of Prime Video’s hit series The Boys will be appearing, including Karl Urban, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone, Claudia Doumit, and Karen Fukuhara.

Based on the comic book series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, The Boys is a fun and irreverent take on what happens when superheroes — who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians, and as revered as gods — abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good. Intent on stopping the corrupt superheroes, the Boys, a group of vigilantes, continue their heroic quest to expose the truth about The Seven and Vought — the multibillion-dollar conglomerate that manages the superheroes and covers up their dirty secrets. It’s the seemingly powerless against the super powerful.

Seasons 1 through 3 of The Boys are now streaming exclusively on Prime Video. Catch up on all of our series coverage, including episodic recapsreviews, and more.

Other confirmed convention guests include Andy Serkis, Steve Agee, Sean Gunn, Emily Swallow, Robbie Amell, and more. Photo ops with guests can be purchased here.

Toronto Comicon will take place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre March 17-19. Tickets are now on sale.
