Netflix Releases First Trailer for ‘Luther: The Fallen Sun’
Netflix has released a full trailer for Luther: The Fallen Sun! The sequel film to the critically acclaimed Luther will see Idris Elba reprising his role as the titular anti-hero. Netflix previously released a synopsis of the film, which also stars Cynthia Erivo, Jess Liaudin, Andy Serkis, and Dermot Crowley (also reprising his role from the series).
“In the epic continuation of the award-winning television saga reimagined for film — a gruesome serial killer is terrorizing London while brilliant but disgraced detective John Luther sits behind bars. Haunted by his failure to capture the cyber psychopath who now taunts him, Luther decides to break out of prison to finish the job by any means necessary.”
Luther: The Fallen Sun will receive a brief release in theaters starting February 24 before hitting Netflix on March 10. Check out the trailer below!
