Showtime has announced the premiere date for Yellowjackets season 2! The buzzed-about show (pun absolutely intended) will be returning to our screens on March 24, 2023. The show’s official Twitter also released a brief and creepy teaser promising even more mystery and gore in the new season.

Yellowjackets follows the story of a group of teenage girls who find themselves stranded in the wilderness after a plane crash. Flashing forward and backward in time, the series weaves a tangled web of twists as we slowly learn who survived — and more importantly, what exactly happened out there.

Along with new additions like Elijah Wood and Lauren Ambrose, Yellowjackets stars Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, Juliette Lewis, and Tawney Cypress as the adult crash survivors, alongside Liv Hewson, Ella Purnell, Samantha Hanratty, Sophie Thatcher, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Sophie Nelisse as their teenage selves.
