Nominees for this year’s People’s Choice Awards, the awards show that recognizes the best in entertainment by letting the public and fans vote, have been released. The Walking Dead, finishing its final season on AMC, picked up three nominations.
The Walking Dead, one of the most-watched shows in the history of cable television, is based on the comic book series by Robert Kirkman. The flagship show has spawned three series with more on the way, including a Daryl Dixon spin-off (originally Carol and Daryl).
The show was nominated in the following categories:
- Male TV Star of 2022 — Norman Reedus
- The Drama Show of 2022
- The Drama TV Star of 2022 — Norman Reedus
Hosted by Kenan Thompson, winners of the People’s Choice Awards will be announced on Tuesday, December 6 on NBC and E!. Voting is now open.
