As part of AMC’s presentation at New York Comic Con, the network released the first trailer for Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches! The series stars Alexandra Daddario as Rowan, a neurosurgeon who discovers she descends from a family of witches. It is considered to be a sister show to Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire, which had a subtle Mayfair reference in its series premiere.
AMC also announced that Mayfair Witches will premiere its eight-episode first season on January 5, 2023. Alongside Daddario, the show stars Jack Huston, Harry Hamlin, and Tongayi Chirisa. Stay tuned for more news out of NYCC this weekend!
