‘Big Mouth’ Season 6 Posters Emphasize Importance of Family
We’re less than one month out from the sixth season of Big Mouth, and ahead of the release, Netflix has shared a handful of new posters for the upcoming season. The streamer also announced that the season trailer will drop this Monday, October 3.
The posters introduce this upcoming season’s central theme: family. Each one features the core characters posing in surprisingly nice family photos. We even get to see part of Lola’s mother, whom, up until this point, was only talked about. Whether the full Mama Skumpy reveal will happen or not, it’s nice? to know that she was a part of Lola’s life.
Most plot details for season 6 are still unknown for now, but if the posters are any indication, viewers may expect all the family drama. The date announcement also confirmed that Maury’s pregnancy from spin-off Human Resources will be a major storyline for the season (and will presumably carry back into Human Resources season 2).
The series was created by Nick Kroll, Jennifer Flackett, Mark Levin, and Andrew Goldberg. The voice cast features Kroll, John Mulaney, Ayo Edebiri, Maya Rudolph, Jessi Klein, Jason Mantzoukas, Jordan Peele, Fred Armisen, and more. Earlier this year, Netflix renewed the show for a seventh season, which currently does not have a set release window.
