Inside Out, the 2015 Disney Pixar film, is getting a sequel! The sequel is expected for a Summer of 2024 release. It will take place in Riley’s head again, but she’s a teenager this time! With the different stage of her life, Riley will be facing different emotions, said emotions have not been announced yet.
Amy Poehler is going to be returning for the project, while Bill Hader and Mindy Kaling are confirmed to not be returning. Kelsey Mann will be directing with Mark Nielsen producing and Meg LeFauve is screenwriting. The first film’s director Pete Docter is still with the film but in a bigger role.
