‘Wendell & Wild’ Releases A Wicked New Trailer

Just in time for the Halloween season is a new Netflix original movie that is ready to haunt! From the visionary and twisted mind of Henry Selick comes Wendell & Wild. If you don’t recognize Selick’s name you will no doubt recognize his work. With iconic films like The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline on his resume, it is clear this new movie carries his style. Selick’s Wendell & Wild is part fuel for nightmares and part comedy, especially with the voice talents of Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele.

Wendell & Wild uses the beautiful stop-motion animation style to tell the story of Kat. Kat is a teen that has lived a rough life full of loss. One day two demon brothers, Wendell and Wild, enter her life and want to make a deal. They want Kat to summon them to our world, the land of the living. Well, it seems Kate wants something in return, which leads viewers down this monstrously fun adventure.

There are many other famous voices that viewers will hear in this chilling new film. The amazingly talented Angela Bassettis is joined by James Hong, Tamara Smart, Natalie Martinez, Tantoo Cardinal, Gabrielle Dennis, and many more.

Wendell & Wild will be available to stream on Netflix beginning October 28th.
