The first poster has been released for Steven Spielberg’s upcoming movie The Fabelmans. The Toronto International Film Festival poster gives us the first glimpse into the semi-autobiographical movie.

The movie is loosely based on the childhood of Steven Spielberg. It follows Sammy Fabelman as he grows up in post World War II Arizona and explores his love of film-making. Along the way, he discovers a shocking family secret and the ensuing tension seeps into his movies.

The movie stars Gabriel LaBelle (The Predator) as Sammy, Michelle Williams (My Week With Marilyn) as his mother, Paul Dano (Little Miss Sunshine) as his father, and Seth Rogan (This Is the End) as Benny, who becomes an uncle-like figure to Sammy and his sisters.

There will be a special screening of The Fabelmans at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 10. The movie will be released in select theaters November 11 and everywhere on Thanksgiving.
