To celebrate the publication of Husband Material, the highly anticipated sequel to Boyfriend Material, Alexis Hall has announced the third, fourth, and fifth books in the London Calling series! First up is 10 Things That Never Happened, a standalone novel set in the London Calling world that will follow a new couple, Jonathan and Sam. Hall teased that 10 Things will feature “epic grump (with a secret soft side) meets (secretly damaged) sunshine” in an “enemies-to-lovers amnesia holiday rom-com.” 10 Things will release in October 2023.
Next up is Father Material, the third novel following Boyfriend Material‘s Luc and Oliver, and the fourth overall in the London Calling series. Father Material will follow the next chapter in Luc and Oliver’s relationship (and, according to Hall, “there may be a dog.”) It will hit shelves in October 2024. Finally, the as-yet-untitled “London Calling Number 5” will release in July 2025 and follow Tyler, a new character we meet in Husband Material.
