After a still image released online of what appears to be Keanu Reeves’ John Wick kneeling in a church, more footage has been revealed from John Wick 4!

The trailer welcomes back Wick, who narrowly escaped “death” from Winston and the High Table and is now under the custody of the Bowery King (Laurence Fishburne). The opening shots include Wick training and shooting an array of people. Towards the end, Bowery King asks him if he’s “ready,” and blows out a match.

The ending of John Wick: Chapter 3: Parabellum heavily implied the two were set to team up to take down the High Table once and for all. And, well, it looks as though Bowery King will get his way.

The trailer also included shots of new characters, including Donnie Yen and Bill Skarsgård. John Wick 4 also stars a returning Ian McShane as Winston, and Charon (Lance Reddick), as well as Rina Sawayama, Hiroyuki Sanada, Scott Adkins, and Clancy Brown.

John Wick 4 is set to release in theaters on March 24, 2023.
