The new action packed trailer for The Princess has been released, alongside a new poster. This isn’t just your average princess story. Check out Hulu’s new high-octane film starring Joey King below.
It’s a tale as old as time. A beautiful princess is set to marry someone for the good of the kingdom. Joey King’s princess uncharacteristically chooses not to marry the psychotic man she is betrothed to. This decision ends with her being locked in a tower as the scorned suitor attempts to take over her kingdom. That is where Hulu’s new original movie, The Princess, starts to go off the rails and create its own narrative.
This movie will be a far cry from the Disney princesses we are used to. With producers from Fast & The Furious, Total Recall, and John Wick, this movie will no doubt be packed to the gills with action and stunts. Director Le-Van Kiet has also built an interesting cast, with Dominic Cooper, Olga Kurylenko, and Veronica Ngo backing up the extremely talented King. After viewing the trailer, it is easy to see this film will be a wild and fantastical ride from beginning to end!
The Princess will be available to stream on Hulu on July 1 in the United States. For viewers in Latin America it will be available on Star+. For all other territories check Disney+ under the Star banner.
