Continuing with the casting rollout in the wake of the Walker Scobell announcement, Percy Jackson and the Olympians has rounded out its lead trio with Annabeth Chase in actress Leah Sava Jeffries and Grover Underwood in Aryan Simhadri!
Jeffries is best known for her roles as Lola in the Fox drama Empire and Lil Rel Howery’s daughter in Rel. She also starred in the Lifetime movie Faith Under Fire and her upcoming projects include a role in Beast opposite Idris Elba and in the Amazon feature Something From Tiffany’s. We can’t wait to see what the young actress brings to our screens in this exciting new role as Annabeth Chase.
Simhadri is no stranger to world of Disney, having recently appeared in Disney+’s Cheaper by the Dozen remake, starred in the Disney Channel movie Spin, Just Roll With It and the Disney Junior animated series Mira, Royal Detective.
