As revealed by Deadline, Paul Wesley is set to star in Confessions, a Netflix project based on Jason Smith’s non-fiction article from 2015 The Confessions of a Drug-Addicted High School Teacher. Wesley will re-team with The Vampire Diaries co-creator Julie Plec as well Bradley Paul (Better Call Saul).
Most recently, Wesley signed on to star in the Flowers in The Attic: The Origin mini-series which will begin airing on July 9 on Lifetime. He will also star in History of Evil at Shudder with Stephanie Beatriz, and as the latest interpretation of Captain James Kirk in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.
