Adrien Brody has joined the cast of Apple’s upcoming action-adventure romance film, Ghosted.
Production for the film is underway, with director Dexter Fletcher confirming he was heading down to Atlanta to begin last month. Ghosted will film at locations in Washington D.C. and Atlanta through May.
Brody joins stars Chris Evans and Ana de Armas, who took over for Scarlett Johansson due to a scheduling conflict. Evans is serving as producer with de Armas serving as executive producer on the film. Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Don Granger, and Jules Daly are also producing. The film is an original concept from writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, notably known for Zombieland and Deadpool.
Brody’s most recent roles include the billionaire Josh Aaronson in season 3 of HBO’s Succession. As a frequent collaborator with filmmaker Wes Anderson, Brody starred as Julien Cadazio in Anderson’s most recent release, The French Dispatch, and recently wrapped on Anderson’s upcoming romantic comedy-drama, Asteroid City.
